Using the service

By creating an account you agree to use Markivo lawfully, to keep your login details safe and to respect the consent of the people you e-mail. You are responsible for the content you send.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

• no spam, phishing or misleading messages;
• no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service;
• no content that infringes the rights of others.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.
